This is a quality non-stick frying pan. It’s quite heavy but you get used to that. I believe it is made in Germany. I certainly could not live without mine now, so even though it is dishwasher safe, I always hand wash it to try and prolong its life. I have had mine a few months now and nothing has ever stuck to it. I wouldn’t have chosen the colour but hey, even that is a talking point when friends are over!

With a bit of care this is a great little omelette pan. I seasoned mine with some oil to start and now avoid scrubbing too much and it now has a lovely non-stick patina built up and is as nonstick as any pan I own. It’s not a big fan of being put in water straight after cooking and can warp but this seems to rectify itself next time you heat it up, as such let it cool before putting in the sink. Mine has started to wobble a bit around the handle hence the 4 stars, it’s still secure though and just has a bit of movement.

Once seasoned, it beats any so-called non-stick pan hands down when it comes to cooking eggs. Better still, you can make a proper French omelette using a metal fork, and use a metal spatula or slice to remove the eggs from the pan. <br/><br/>Seasoning the pan couldn't be easier; heat the oven to around 200-220C, pour some cheap or out-of-date cooking oil into the pan to cover the base (a few millimetres will do it), put the pan into the preheated oven, and leave in there for around 15 minutes. Turn the oven off, leaving the pan and the oil in the oven to cool down over an hour or so. Pour away the oil (preferably not down the sink, of course), wash the pan in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, then it's ready to use. <br/><br/>I did make the stupid mistake of trying to brown some meatballs in this pan, which didn't quite work (a kind of test, I suppose) - and which meant I had to scour the pan clean. This took away the seasoned non-stick surface I'd created - but I re-seasoned it, and it's been fine ever since. Forget the non-stick pans, 29 May 2011

This certainly is a “little gem” of an omelette pan. Once seasoned, it beats any so-called non-stick pan hands down when it comes to cooking eggs. Better still, you can make a proper French omelette using a metal fork, and use a metal spatula or slice to remove the eggs from the pan.

Seasoning the pan couldn’t be easier; heat the oven to around 200-220C, pour some cheap or out-of-date cooking oil into the pan to cover the base (a few millimetres will do it), put the pan into the preheated oven, and leave in there for around 15 minutes. Turn the oven off, leaving the pan and the oil in the oven to cool down over an hour or so. Pour away the oil (preferably not down the sink, of course), wash the pan in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly, then it’s ready to use.

I did make the stupid mistake of trying to brown some meatballs in this pan, which didn’t quite work (a kind of test, I suppose) – and which meant I had to scour the pan clean. This took away the seasoned non-stick surface I’d created – but I re-seasoned it, and it’s been fine ever since. Hopefully over time, as the pan becomes more seasoned with use, I can start to use it for things other than eggs, but for the time being it’s the perfect little pan for frying, scrambling and omelettes.

Well worth the investment.

I was given one of these pans that was already a few years old and used by a keen cook (who couldn’t take it abroad with him). I use it for cooking most days and it cleans up so well. It is the best non-stick pan I’ve had and I’m replacing my tefal frying pans with some from this range as I’m sure that they’ll last forever, unlike other frying pans which last 2 years max. Reassuring weight (tho’ not too heavy!) and attractive too.

Bought this for my girlfriend as we already own other saucepans from the Anolon Professional range. She loves cooking and absolutely loves this pan. It’s versatile enough to cook for 2-6 people, easy to clean non-stick and great value for money. We’ve owned our other Anolon pans for over 6 years and will certainly be getting many more years of use out of them. The pans also look great in the kitchen. Cannot recommend this rnage enough.

This was bought as a replacement pan. This purchase was necessary as our induction hob malfunctioned, heating to ’9′ in a flash, buckling the base. Not easy to cook your bacon and eggs with the pan spinning round!

We were very pleased with our original pan which happened to be a Prestige Advantage Non-stick French skillet Frying Pan. The non-stick surface stayed non-stick; it didn’t peel and it was a useful size. The pan was used almost daily and was the pan everyone reached for. I am hoping the replacement will live up to our expectations.

The base of the pan is too thin and bends from the heat causing the oil/fat to run to the outside of the pan. I need another pan but I won’t be buying another of these.

Initial problems with the first frying pan received as it appeared to have been damaged in transit or at warehouse. The actual ‘dish’ of the pan was bent. Having contacted Amazon it was quickly replaced. I am pleased so far with the weight and non-stick properties of this new frying pan. Amazon returns system worked well.
